We are expanding our Professional Services team and seeking entrepreneurial, collaborative, and open-minded individuals. As a Consultant – Analytics and Visualization, you will apply your expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and user experience (UI/UX) for analytics products to help clients transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will work alongside our experienced consulting team on client engagements throughout the project lifecycle, gaining valuable industry experience.

Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or any related fields Typical Experience

Skill and Expertise

  • Data Visualization & BI Tools: Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, including creating interactive dashboards and reports.
  • UI/UX for Analytics Products: Ability to design user-friendly and intuitive dashboards, focusing on usability, accessibility, and seamless interaction.
  • Data Analysis & Storytelling: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate findings through visual storytelling.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query) and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Database & ETL Knowledge (Preferred): Experience working with relational/non-relational databases, OLAP, and basic ETL processes is a plus.
  • Communication & Client Engagement: Strong ability to present insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and conduct training or coaching sessions.

Primary Responsibility

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Tableau with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience.
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract key insights and translate them into visually compelling, user-friendly analytics products.
  • Optimize data models and reporting structures to improve efficiency, performance, and usability.
  • Conduct market and product analysis, identifying trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Perform data quality audits and ensure accuracy in reporting and analysis.
    Support client discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and recommending UI/UX-focused visualization solutions.
  • Configure and customize BI solutions, ensuring ease of use and alignment with user workflows.
  • Develop basic ETL and integration routines to automate data processes where necessary.
  • Assist in customer training and coaching, ensuring adoption of reporting tools and analytics solutions.
