Our team delivers business intelligence (BI) solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant with expertise in data analysis, modeling, and BI strategy, to help clients optimize their reporting capabilities. In this role, you will also work with ERP/CRM systems to integrate and enhance data models, providing impactful solutions that support decision-making and business performance.

Skill and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with experience in data modeling and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling, including dimensional modeling and creating effective data structures.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and how to integrate them into BI solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Project management experience and a focus on BI system optimization and process improvement is a plus.

Primary Responsibility

  • Develop, optimize, and manage BI solutions by integrating data from various sources, including ERP/CRM systems, to deliver actionable insights.
  • Design and implement data models, ensuring they support business intelligence needs and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Analyze business data trends to support strategic decision-making and make recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Manage BI projects from requirement gathering through delivery, ensuring timely and effective results.
  • Train and support end-users, enabling the adoption of BI tools and solutions.
  • Continuously assess and improve BI systems and processes to align with evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
