Operation and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Operation and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving both our operational efficiency and marketing strategies. From executing marketing campaigns to supporting daily operations, you’ll have the chance to influence multiple aspects of our business while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skill and Expertise

  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or operations is preferred but not required.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, content management systems, and social media management.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve strategies and campaigns.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing and operational solutions.

Primary Responsibility

  • Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, digital) while ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and performance analysis.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, budget tracking, and supply chain management, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, vendor management, and attendee registration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing and operational objectives. Serve as a point of contact for vendor and client queries.
  • Content Creation: Support content creation for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content. Ensure all content is on-brand and supports organizational goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to inform marketing strategies and departmental decisions.
  • Social Media Management & Expansion: Oversee social media accounts and strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing goals. Support social media growth and community engagement efforts.
